One payment, a digital report
The optional report is a one-time digital purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Review the sample report and assessment limitations before buying. A purchase provides analysis of your attempt; it does not guarantee a particular score or a clinically validated IQ measurement.
When we review refunds
Because digital content is delivered after payment, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a report has been made available. A score that differs from your expectations is not, by itself, a defect.
Contact us about duplicate charges, a report we cannot deliver, or a material error in the purchased content. We review each request and arrange an appropriate correction or refund. These terms do not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable law.
How to request help
Email support@iqinsight.io from your purchase email address. Include your order or receipt reference, purchase date and a short description of the problem. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or private report links.
We will check the purchase and reply by email. Requests are reviewed by a person; sending an email does not automatically issue a refund.
After a refund
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank determines when the credit appears. A full refund removes online access to the paid report and its downloads. Your free basic result remains available.
